Incorporated is committed to provide a safe work environment
for our employees, subcontractors and customers at all our
job sites and our Newburgh yard. The management of Steelways,
Incorporated will provide all the necessary resources to our
employees to ensure work is conducted in the safest possible
manner, as well as, complying with the applicable regulatory
standards.
To support this safety mission, Steelways, Incorporated has
developed a comprehensive corporate health and safety manual
which will address employee responsibilities, safety management
systems, accident prevention programs and training.
Steelways, Incorporated employees receive OSHA 30 hour, first
aid/CPR, HAZWOPER, confined space entry and other required
training. Supervisors receive additional training in accident
prevention, job hazard analysis, site inspections and safety
management systems.
In addition, Steelways, Incorporated utilizes the services
of an independent safety consultant for job-site inspections,
training and management system reviews.
